About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to learn and evolve for the Quality Assurance Engineer role.

The QA engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability & quality of our products. The individual in this capacity will work with the development & product team to ensure the product being built is as per the specifications and maintains the highest level of quality.

You will work closely with the developers to debug code, fix bugs, and troubleshoot any issues with the product. To ensure success as a QA engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of engineering and product design, a good eye for detail, and the ability to think out of the box along with decent working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring product and design specifications are met
Designing & maintaining test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
Executing tests on different development & production environments
Executing tests on native Android and iOS apps, as well as on web & mobile-web platforms
Executing tests on Restful API/GraphQL
Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team
Working with the development team to debug code, fix bugs, and troubleshoot issues.
Implementing quality assurance policies and processes
Identifying and resolving production issues.
