Job Description
Driving sales growth in the assigned territory by following sales processes and executing the sales objectives in market place every day.
Core Job Responsibilities
Primary and Secondary sales target achievement
Regularly visiting the market and ensuring visible availability of our brands
Ensuring all processes & SOPs are followed without any exceptions as per company policy.
Motivating & driving the team of ISRs to achieve business objectives.
Position Accountability / Scope
Sales & Execution responsibility of assigned geography.
Internal sales team at HO, marketing and other backend & support teams in HO.
External Distributors and other related or defined customers.
Minimum Education
Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
Minimum Experience/Training Required
2 years in Sales (FMCG/OTC preferably)
