Position Technical Writer
The Role:
Develop Product and Technical Documentation (online user guides, developer / configuration guides, product / release notes, installation guides, training manuals, API references etc.)
Analyzing existing documents, identify documentation gaps, and editing them as per customer needs.
Coordinating with the engineering teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, feature updates.
Define documentation requirements
Continuously develop technical writing skills
Prepare and maintain KB articles
Skills and Requirements:
Good knowledge and understanding of the Documentation Life Cycle
Knowledge of latest trends in technical writing
Excellent communication skills is highly essential
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good exposure to editing tools
Create API documentation
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing
Understanding of cloud technologies, big data technologies, ML/AI technologies preferred
Experience – 2 – 4 years,
