In this role, your work will influence the success of companies worldwide. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve todays systems while building tomorrows. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is a highly technical hands-on role requiring you to be a great team member and an individual contributor.

The primary responsibilities for this role will be to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain our IAM infrastructure. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders and teams to understand their needs to design, build and support them with the needed IAM infrastructure.

This role will be based in our Pune office and report to the Manager, Corporate Infrastructure, in the US.

Responsibilities

Operations

Respond to user requests for access, onboarding, and off-boarding per SLA requirements.Integrate new applications and maintain existing applications in our IAM platform.
Implement role-based access control and the principle of least privilege.
Conduct regular reviews of user access to comply with audit requirements.
Light administration of Google Workspace, Office 365, Confluence/Jira, and other SaaS applications.
Perform other IT Helpdesk duties as assigned to assist the team (25% of the time).
Reduce manual work by automating repetitive tasks.Contribute to technical documentation and participate in developing policies, procedures, and standards.
Strategy

Identify business challenges and propose proactive technical solutions to resolve them.
Work with stakeholders and key business partners to design, influence, and integrate technical solutions to support and enable effective IAM services.
Collaborate with technology counterparts across departments (e.g., Security, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps) to identify best practices and lessons learned to drive operational efficiencies and future growth planning.

About You

3-6 years of experience managing an IAM platform, such as Azure AD, AWS SSO, CyberArk, Okta, or OneLogin.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to drive and engage in deep technical troubleshooting and discussions.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, WS-Fed, Kerberos, and MFA.
Exposure to cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Proficiency with a scripting language, such as Shell, PowerShell, and/or Python.
Bonus Qualifications: Background in IT or Security.Relevant IT or Security certifications. Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). AWS or Azure experience.
