Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

1. Partnering with concerned Managers to determine staffing needs.

2. Sourcing profiles through Job portal, Social Media Recruitment, Head Hunting etc.

3. Review the job description and ensure validation from Line Manager.

4. Identify quality profiles from Job portals, contact them and schedule interviews.

5. Coordinating interviews & Following up on the interview process status.

6. Process employee joining and exit formalities

7. Issuing Different types of letters to the employees.

8. Monthly Attendance & Leave Management

9. Process company’s payroll every pay period

10. Maintenance of Employee Master Details and creating employee profile.

11. Generation of ESIC temporary cards & creating & submitting monthly ESIC Challans

12. Preparing monthly online ESI and EPF returns and submitting

13. Coordinate with other team members and help them to finish the work on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Degree/MBA in HR. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and Skilled in written and Verbal Communication.
