Solely responsible for assessing, activating & optimizing digital marketing efficiencies across 17 divisions.
Deploying the digital strategy roadmap for Domestic Formulations business evaluating brand plans, annual budgets and devising an omni-channel strategy.
Evaluating effectiveness of various mediums by developing ROI metrics for each campaign. Track ROI as per the defined metrics and optimize media mix accordingly.
Leveraging existing tools and database for wider reach. Exploring possibility of localizing communication to enable content curation with influencers.
Building brand voice on relevant social media channels. Devising strategy to build brand recall and brand consideration through organic media. Creating creative and compelling content for audiences across all platforms.
Identifying new source of growth like Doctor network platforms to target HCPs in order to accelerate growth and create a niche audience.
Collaborating with e-pharmacies for a long-term content plan to reach out to end users directly with accurate targeting and develop a sales funnel.
Leading the channel vertical to develop a retention model for 6 divisions using digital media.
