Technically sound around Application troubleshooting, Performance troubleshooting, Windows infrastructure Operations, well versed with ITIL processes, a very good troubleshooter of technical issues

Some Key Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of Azure fundamentals
. Strong experience as a Windows System Administrator or Engineer with excellent hands-on experience with SCCM and system deployment.

Experience in the areas of OS deployment, patching, compliance, and reporting. Additionally, skills in WQL / SQL Queries to create SCCM reports, as well as profound knowledge on Microsoft Servers 2012 R2 through to 2019 are essential.
Scripting skills with PowerShell should be part of your top technical skills as well. Additional knowledge in web application technologies and security hardening will be very beneficial
Troubleshooting/debugging software and hardware problems related to the operating system or supporting applications, drivers, and services.
Manage, Configure, Maintain, Monitor, and Design Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
Experience in supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Microsoft and third party patching, Workstation client, Operating System Deployment (OSD), and troubleshooting issues related to the infrastructure or functionality
Experience in designing, maintaining, and deploying SCCM based infrastructures
Update and execute continuity of operations (COOP) process, procedures and policies.
Provide SME level troubleshooting on file server, IIS, SharePoint, VMware, CITRIX, Windows and in-house application operations.
Ensure policies, processes, and procedures exist and when possible standardized and repeatable.
Analyze the security weaknesses and vulnerabilities of application software and recommending solutions as needed.
Monitor all identified systems and services utilizing approved tools.
Document procedures and processes used to research, assess, troubleshoot, test, and resolve support incidents.
Assist with maintenance of servers and network services.
Assist and coordinate with all support tiers as necessary to support project/task execution or with any escalated user requests or incidents.
Provide on-call and recall support as-required to sustain 24/7/365 operations.
Your Profile

Technical degree with a Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology Engineering

Specialized knowledge in W2K12, W2K16, MS SCCM, SCOM 2012, SCCM 2012/2016 (Basics), VMware (ESXi, Vcenter client – Basics)

Azure Fundamentals and Azure Update Management

Strong Communication skills
