Roles and Responsibilities
Conducting interviews and recruiting new staff.
Employee creation / Id Card distribution / Maintaining Personnel file
Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
Assisting Operation Managers with staff requirements.
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Mentor Human Resources staff and provide necessary counselling services as and when needed.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Networking with various institutions and social media
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree (Any Graduate )
3- 4 years of experience in HR (essential).
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
