Roles and Responsibilities

Have good awareness of Corporate with entry point links in those corporate.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporate for Digital Banking.
Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAK JIFI products.
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products – enhancement of customer value.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate.
Must have general awareness of Banking (RBI & finance ministry).
Please note that this is a B2C marketing profile and own two-wheeler conveyance is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

It is a field based job, and he must own a two-wheeler.
Candidate must have sound knowledge about banking and finance industry
Fresher Graduates can also be considered.
