Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage Talent acquisition, Talent nurturing & retention activities for the company.
Co-ordination with various department heads for open mandates and understanding their requirements for the respective openings.
Undertake Headhunting for lateral hiring of Good technical resources across Ahmedabad and Pan India via LinkedIn or through other social media/networking.
Conduct Market Analysis of technical resources in other companies and create /update Databank for future openings.

Induction & Onboarding:

Effectively design, conduct, and facilitate the induction program for all new hires.
Design and deliver presentations to new hires on induction day which includes company overview, functions, policies, practices, processes, organization structure, values, vision, mission etc.
Ensuring process and timeline adherence for the entire induction program that induction is executed timely and as per defined process on a weekly basis.
Gauge and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of the induction process

People Orientation:

Ensuring smooth handholding of employees in the organization.
Conduct 30-60-90 day connect with all the new hires to understand their challenges, issues, things which they are liking, dislikes, areas of improvement etc., take actions, ensure loop closure, and maintain ATRs.
Design structured surveys and collect 30-60-90-day feedback from new hires, take actions and generate ATRs.

Exceptional written communication:

Should have exceptional written communication skills to be able to design all pre & onboarding communications for new hires.
