Should have 8+ years of software industry expertise in business analysis.
Should have experience in gathering & analyzing requirements.
Should have experience in breaking and documenting the requirements into Epics and User Stories for applications developed using Microservice architecture.
Should have good exposure to SDLC development process, managing various modules and delivering the knowledge solutions for business problems processes, carrying out analysis; finding gaps in processes, devising a road map for enhancing application.
Should have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience managing client relationships.
Should have continuous experience interacting with internal and external clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Should have prior experience assisting with the implementation of developed apps.
3+ years of experience working on projects using the Agile process. Experience in Agile is a must.
Experience Confluence and the JIRA tool would be an added advantage.
