Roles and Responsibilities:

Working with Recruiters & Talent Sourcing team and assist with the recruitment process in making sure all procedures are followed and coordination of recruitment is always fully covered and under control.
Verify data integrity and accuracy.
Completing data entry, tracking resumes, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
Hands-on experience in coordinating & scheduling the interviews with the Business via Outlook or on ATS system
Contacting candidates, following up with candidates and managing candidate pipeline.
Coordinating with Line Managers/ Panel to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews.
Maintaining candidate details in trackers, Employee details custodian accurate employee database, e-employee records, employee files, Responsible for initiating documentation with candidates and maintaining the same in the repository.
Employee Record Keeping / Database Updating and Management.
Responsible for loading, extracting and validation of data.
Responsible for preparing the HR Letters.
Hands-on and should be proficient working on Excel, outlook etc.
