Risk and Control Objective

To manage a large and diverse team of Process Associates working towards pre-defined targets
Responsible for the sustenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to MI data quality and reporting requirements.
Assist the Operations Manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership

What will you be doing
Work on strategic initiatives in line with Business priorities
Lead/ Participate in automation Projects and BAU initiatives by engaging necessary stake holders
Review of the strategic MI processes, with the focus to operate efficiently
Participate and lead themes as per Business unit key priorities
Proven track record of delivering change projects and oversight of multiple resources
End to end knowledge of Process/Product with the lens to improve the customer journey
Forecasting of trend analysis to manage effective peak management
Build and mobilising target operating model, training etc.
Collaborative style, able to build relationships across the Group
Support business and technology through change, ensuring business readiness, from definition and release planning to delivery.
Maintain oversight of management and control validation across Group Company Feeds, Managed Services & Run the Bank operational areas
Ensure no observation on audit, control review
Skills in handling functional stake holder, data analytics and other key stake holders
Strong leadership skill to build effective and efficient teams
Drives to achieve stretch objectives.

What we re looking for:
Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 98/95/2000/NT)
MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Supported with one or more RPA technologies (eg. UI path, Automation and Blue Prism)
Masters/MBA from any discipline
Excellent track record during past work experience.
Demonstrated team handling skills in the past.
