Service Engineer for Mumbai with Diploma in Electronic Instrumentation, B.E/ B.Tech

Experience: 1 – 4 years No. of Position: 01 Major role:

To attend and resolve customer complaints.

To do the installation as per schedule.

To ensure correctness of the instruments.

To abide with annual maintenance contract.

To collect, analyse customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.

Receive the Customer Complaint by phone call, visits, emails etc.,
