Job Description
We are looking for seasoned Technical Recruiters for our US IT Staffing & Recruitment team.

Work Location: Noida/Remote

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for daily IT positions.
Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills.
Take full ownership of the allocated jobs and Shortlist & Submit candidates in a time manner.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Must have good knowledge of US tax terms & different types of Visas.
Must develop recruiting strategies to identify candidates through various recruiting tools.
Must have experience in using different job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster & LinkedIn.
Must have experience in using and managing the ATS
Must have good sourcing & negotiation skills.
Must have experience in sourcing candidates from third party vendors.
Must have experience in working with Tier-1 clients & Implementation partners.
