Job Description
The Area Manager is responsible for managing the field team of an area either directly or through a team of Team Leaders. The Area Manager ensures that the team achieves its goals such as sales, market coverage, visibility etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) To manage discipline among the team for attendance, working and reporting. 2) To ensure achievement of targets of the team

3) To do regular market working to keep track of on-ground activities and to gather market information

4) To maintain team motivation and effectiveness
