training that empowers youth to take up employment
Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays,
experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
Conduct online video-based trainings with excellent platform skills
Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems
Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and
Service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement
