Designation : Talent Acquisition Manager
Location : Mumbai or Bangalore
EisnerAmper is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Talent Acquisition Team in our Mumbai or Bangalore offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing experienced candidates of all levels of opportunities for our growing public accounting firm.
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
Investigate and determine employee needs.
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition plan, hiring plans and strategies.
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast and use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Proven experience of 1+ years as a Talent Acquisition Manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
A leader and strategic thinker
Graduate /PGDBM / Masters in Business Administration, Human resources or relevant field.
