Job Description
Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications.

Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.

Builds mini applications with process simulation, often requiring rapid software modeling and/or product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer.

May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.

Job Description

Should work closely with Sales to understand the customers pain points and should be able to demonstrate value of Esko products to prospects.

Actively take part in Demonstrating / implementation and training on Esko Software Solutions.

Willingness to Travel Locally and Internationally

Take active part in Promotional Events as and when needed

Achieve Customer Satisfaction through knowledge and delivery process

Actively handle Customer calls and cases

Periodic up gradation of knowledge by means of OTJ, L&D platform and class room training.

Should have experience in Deploying / Implementing Enterprise Solutions / MIS

Should be good in creating technical design documents and Scope of solution documents.

Should have deep understanding and experience in the printing and packaging processes.

Should have deep understanding and experience in computer networking and large infrastructure IT management.

Must have good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Must have sound knowledge pre-press

Experience 6 + yrs

Must be good in speaking, writing and understanding English in a global work environment.

Must be Fluent in Speaking Hindi,

Added advantage if Pre-Press knowledge is good

Added advantage if knowledge of Printing and Packaging process is known

Must have proven record of meeting customer satisfaction and on the field service

Willingness to stretch extra to meet customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
