What you will be doing

Supports Product Owners by utilizing collaborative techniques and communication strategies for efficient backlog management.
Promotes self-organizing, cross-functional techniques in the production of high-value products.
Supports Scrum teams by removing impediments to protect sprint goals.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies as requested or needed, maintains time-box ceremonies.
Practices the core agile principles in collaboration, prioritization, accountability.
Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle.
Facilitates sprint demos, planning and retrospectives.

What you bring:

Project Manager with 12 years of total experience and 5 years experience on project/Program Management.
Experience in developing generic middleware APIs that works with both Web and Mobile application
Have experience in Secure Coding Practice to mitigate security vulnerability
Have experience in various Software development methodologies like Scrum, Agile and Waterfall.
Have experience in BFSI Domain (Retail Banking/Corporate banking/Cards Management)
Have experience in technology/Core system migration.
Have experience in managing large teams.
Have experience in Requirement Gathering, Project Planning, Estimations and Stakeholder management.
Have experience in end to end software delivery.
Have experience in managing Web, Windows and Mobile Applications development.
Certification in project Management PMP
Desirables

8 years of banking product development and implementation experience.
Good knowledge in SQL and RDBMS
Good knowledge of SOA architecture and experience in creating and exposing services
Have experience in Secure Coding Practice to mitigate security vulnerability
