Looking for smart recruiter who would like to grow with us in the BPO volume hiring space/International Process

Responsibilities

Experience in sourcing, scheduling in bulk hiring
Planning on meeting monthly Recruitment requirements
Recruiter with bulk hiring experience
Should have done sourcing, managing portals
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, vendor management
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
Work with hiring managers to understand job briefing regarding open requirements. Ability to handle escalations
Candidate Management experience & Stakeholder Management
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Responsible for the day-to-day management of direct reports, their development and growth in the function
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Experience

Any Graduate

3-7 years of experience in Bulk/lateral/volume

experience in vendor management
