Position Description Overview POD Lead / Scrum Master cum Tech Lead : Responsibilities would include 1. Overseeing all offshore technical aspects predominantly in Java / oracle tech stack with exposure to .NET. 2. Understanding and communicating the overall functional and technical design 3. Actively drive the release, Sprint planning and closely tracking tasks in Jira 4. Guides and mentors the pod to help clear technology challenges/road blocks 5. Works to creates a cross functional team where the members complement each others 6. Promote Engineering culture in the pod and helps with design and code reviews 7. Responsible and accountable for pod s success Job Responsibilities – Is responsible for managing people, hiring, firing, performance reviews, compensation, and determining promotions. Is responsible for ensuring the execution of specific strategic functions and implementing high-end, business-wide, critical strategy. Provides guidance, planning and direction for business unit(s), maintains budgets and proactively allocates resources and time for the business units or functions supported. Performs additional job duties as required. Scope of Job Provides leadership across well-defined and homogeneous teams with moderate degrees of complexity. Is the leader for assigned resources. Coaches direct reports and subordinates within the functional units supported.,
