Position: Jr. Regional HR – Mumbai
Location: Mumbai (Andheri/ Thane)
Responsibility:
Talent acquisition:
– Managing end to end Talent Acquisition for sales (FLS and Non FLS) & non sales vertical.
– Ensure all the branches operate with 95% head count at any given point of time.
– Building inhouse recruitment capability and leading talent pipeline
– Managing & attaining targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources .
– Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and drive recruitment through connects. Developing the offer recommendations and influence the key decision stakeholders on hiring decisions
– Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
– Developing appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding.
HR Business Partner:
– Shall work and partner with the sales force and manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle with the objective of developing, implementing and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness
– Responsible for the end to end life cycle management including capability building, improving organizational design and structure, talent management, employee engagement, strategic staffing, performance management for the sales and marketing functions.
– Attrition Control – establish touch points with Salesforce and implement Employee Engagement Activities.
– Retention of Key Talent – identify Key Talent & Creating development plans for them.
– Performance Management – drive Performance Appraisal process and ensure Performance Management through constant feedback process.
– Employee Life Cycle Management – resolution of day to day operational queries.
– Driving all people related initiatives and projects or any other Ad hoc projects as and when required.
Requisition:
– Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and business partnering the sales force.
– Prior experience in Insurance/ Insurance broking industry is must.
– Candidates with hardcore TA experience looking for developing career in HRBP can apply.
– Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills in non-tech and sales vertical with great TAT.
– Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
– Good communication skills
