CA with 5-8 years of experience post articleship in managing entire Finance & Accounts.

Role

Ownership of entire Trial Balance of the unit/company
Accuracy and completeness of billing, costs and related margins
Monthly provisions, On-time and accurate monthly closure and reporting, variance analysis
Monthly schedules for each Balance-Sheet item
Accurate and timely tax submissions and other compliances (GST, TDS, etc)
In-depth knowledge of GST, ensuring no input credit is missed/out
Annual GST audit and returns
Handling all tax assessments and follow-up for required forms and vendor confirmations
Lead role & quick resolution for accounting queries & ownership
Monthly and accurate inventory valuation
Fixed Asset and depreciation calculation
Tracking employee Imprest & travel advances, ensure settlement as per agreed TAT
Vendor management and vendor related activities
Banking and Petty Cash
Daily bank reconciliations and fund management
Real-time accounting of vendor invoices and customer receipts and settlements
Periodic reconciliation and balance confirmation of vendors and customer accounts
Accounting for TDS entries, periodic reconciliation with 26AS and follow-up on TDS certificates
Issue VAT C4 where-ever required
Providing monthly information for GST outward supplies
Ensuring vendor and customer masters are updated with all required information
Prompt and timely resolution of any operational issues
Ensuring real-time invoicing (domestic / exports)
TDS / GST / other statutory compliances
Audits

Desire Candidate Profile

CA with 3 – 4years of experience in managing entire F&A (including invoicing), MIS, monthly closing, banking, working capital management, taxation, compliance, audit, etc
Advance excel skills and other MS application
Exposure to ERP software must
Team management and Effective multi-tasking
Effective communication and time management
Self-motivated and ability to find work-around solution
