Roles and Responsibilities
Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller
Follow up of Walk-ins / online leads.
Prepare necessary reports for analysis (Leads- Interested/ Not interested)
Maintaining all Data of New admissions up to their course completion
Maintaining the accounting part i.e. Fees collection, Follow up for pending fees, etc.
Maintaining admin part i.e. Excel sheets for all Data, Study material dispatch and Exam Scheduling/ Certification.
Communication with the participants for Resume collection and Jobs
Solving the Participant queries, and handling the registrations.
Desired Candidate Profile Must have excellent communication skill If working exp in online education (E-Learning) company, preferred.
