Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
Developing Talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Client Relationship: Coordinating with client for their requirement and accordingly arrange resources for interviews. Coordinating with resources/candidates to close the clients positions.
Effectively coordinate with clients to understand the requirements and share quality profiles accordingly.
Sourcing the potential talent from diverse sources according to the clients requirements.
Mentor Talent Acquisition Team.
Result Orientend with Target Deliveries.


Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
