Responsible to work on Contract to Hire, Permanent, and a contract position
Sourcing resumes from job portals (paid as well as free) / search engines, databank, employee references, networking / professional websites
Should have good technical knowledge
Work closely with team lead to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements
Using Data banks and References to match client requirements
Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates
Handling end to end recruitment cycle
Responsible for taking care of the recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
Excellent sourcing skills
Strong Experience in stakeholder and candidate management
Assist in developing, implementing and transitioning, customizing processes in line with guidelines specified by the client
Ensuring continuous interaction with the Hiring Managers to ensure quality, quick hiring TAT and other fitment criteria for improved service levels.
