Azure VMware Solutions + Onprem VMware

Designation : Senior Cloud Engineer/Solution specialist Desired Candidate Profile

Hands on experience with Azure VMware Solution is a must.
Design & implement migration strategies for migrating VMware workloads to Azure VMware Solution using HCX
Plan and Develop roadmaps and deliverables to advance the migration of existing solutions on-premises systems to AVS
Should have good experience on discovery, assessment, and migration of on-premises VMware apps and workloads.
Experience on Disaster Recovery technologies (JetStream, VMware HCX, SRM, Zerto)
Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) foundations
Experience with Identity/Security (Azure and VMware): Identity, Security Architecture, Security Management and Network Security
Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud)
Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Certified or equivalent certifications
