Roles & Responsibilities

End to end ownership & implementation of digital transformation projects
Unified CRM for Online channel
Digital Content Management System (CMS)
Online customer data platform (CDP)
Development of cart based smart buying journey on the website
Report automation
End to end automation of the processes across the buying journey
Business & call center attribution automation
Payout/Vendor governance & budget management for the entire department
Automation of reports, insights & dashboards
Derive business insights through analytics & statistical analysis to aid performance improvement
Customer experience improvement related projects
Work with the leadership team to design, research, develop, analyze & suggest define digital transformation projects for the department
Evaluation and onboarding of new vendors and tools

Candidate Requirement

MBA with minimum 6 years of overall experience
Candidate should have an experience in Digital Project Management
Has a fair understanding of dynamics of a life insurance industry specifically online business
Knowledge of Google analytics, machine learning
