Job Description
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with specialisation in finance and budget management with minimum 10- 15 years’ experience out of which 5 years’ experience should be at senior position. Relevant experience form ERP solutions like ORACLE will be added advantage; Younger candidates will be preferred so that they can build careers in the non- profit.
Main role is to manage the entire Financial Systems and team.
Management of entire Accounting Function
Streamline Financial functions and Management Accounts
Manage and develop the Finance Team members in New Delhi
Translate HelpAge India strategic directions in the Finance and Budget plans and objectives and monitor the Budget and analyse variances.
Financial reviews and coordinate the annual external statutory audit and preparation of Annual Report and Accounts Key Technical Attributes:
Should be computer savvy
Should be sensitive to the cause of the organisation
Preference will be given to candidate who have prior experience of working with NGOs
Demonstrate an ability to take initiative
