Software Engineer (Java with React and MongoDB)

You have clear knowledge of the basic and intermediate concepts of at least
one high level programming language and a hands-on coding attitude.

You can write unit tests with meaningful assertions and have a clear understanding of concepts like mocking and when to use them.
You are empathetic and possess clear, unambiguous communication skills.
You can accept honestly when you’re not aware of something and are humble enough to learn from others.
You are open to reach out to others when help is needed to solve the problemat hand
You are willing and able to work across the full stack including frontend, backend and mobile based on the balance of business needs and individual aspirations
You have strong communication and customer facing skills and are able to work in a consulting environment
You have an experience level of at-least 3 to 6 years.
Your Day

Write clean, maintainable code.
Work in a balanced team with Product Managers and Designers to build software products with great uservalue.
Follow the established engineering practices to ensure high quality.
Take full responsibility for the code at all its stages from development all the way to deployment and testing.
Take care of 3rd level support for the product and coordinate with other engineers in the team to achieve speedy resolutions to production incidents.
Participate in the recruiting process for engineers.
Desired Skills

Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s in computer science or comparable work experience.
Hands-on experience with Java in the backend(mandate).
Hands-on experience with React(mandate).
Knowledge and hands-on with database Sql/MongoDB(preferred).
Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and tools.
Familiarity with Docker and AWS concepts.
IOT (good to have)
Microservices.
Good ability to communicate, present and moderate discussions within your team
