PrimaryResponsibility

Partnering with hiring managers to determine requirements Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Salary negotiations with the candidate, making offer letters, releasing offer letter
Helping with the on boarding activities
Maintaining relationships with the hiring managers to ensure recruitment goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Actively participated in Employee Engagement activities

RequiredSkills/Abilities:

Excellent Written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Highly organized and with Leadership skills.
Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks
