Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development Specialist is responsible for prospecting and generating
new business.
Should be a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new
business prospects from multiple sources like telephone, mass mailing, market
research and from database etc.,
• Achieve desired set targets.
Should be proactive in following up with the prospective clients.
• Develop innovative methods to generate leads.
Conduct research to identify potential prospects, follow up & Fix appointments
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients.
Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
Send Business proposals, present company concepts & services to prospective
clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for highly talented, self-motivated individual with excellent oral
communication and presentation skills.
Should be able to build strong networks in- and outside the organization, and work
within teams or independently.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing)BBA,B.com ,M.com(business management), preferably from reputed business school / Institutes
