Role: HR Operations & Client Servicing
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon/Kandivali)
Responsible for Complete Business, Operations activities and Client Retention.
Responsible for giving closure on every new requirement.
Acquiring talent for vacant positions and employee retention.
Handling payroll/PF/ESIC/salary related grievances and ensuring timely resolution & escalation of issues.
Coordinate and monitor client’s Outstanding and billing.
Responsible for getting the job done through ops / other teams by way of constant follow-up.
Managing Monthly SLA and ensuring to adhere to the timeline of salary payout.
Ensuring delivery of all desired challans, copy of invoices and any other documents related to the audit in the client premises as per the TAT.
Staying connected with clients through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.
Monitoring of turnaround times for closure of query
