Job description
Roles and Responsibilities


Coordinate with client and facility to schedule audits
Facilitate auditors to carry out audits providing relevant document instructions and dates in advance
Prepare OPE and plan the travel for auditors
Communicating the updated instructions to auditors and support auditors on site for any urgent communication with clients
Taking follow ups for reports and upload reports on portal and GSCC
Ensure all relevant materials / documents are provided to auditors during audits
Ensure confidentiality of information is obtained
Support the Operations Manager and Regional Manager for any other job as assigned
Share law updates with the team in case a new law or changes in an existing law comes into notice
Submit proforma invoice on time and follow up for invoices and payments
Maintain the man-day rates for clients and programs
