Sales mangers shall be accountable for delivering targeted , leading and motivating the sales force , achieving width of the distribution , conducting displays , building volumes and implementing marketing and sales promotion strategies. They should have the requisite amount of FMCG / OTC Sales experience for the post applied for and a proven track record.
