Roles and Responsibilities

Statutory Audits / Internal Audits / Tax Audits
Responsible for leading teams of 4 – 5 Juniors & interns on Large Corporate Audits
Retainer Advisory Services – Ensure Timely & Quality Delivery of Services as per client scope • Planning and Reviewing work of juniors reporting to you
Timely guidance to juniors on the jobs • Ensure compliance with Firms internal quality procedures •
Providing valuable financial advice / suggestions to clients on their business processes • Maintaining good rapport with clients and their top management

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding in the areas of Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST and Auditing techniques • Good communication skills • Ability to independently manage the team and expectations of the client • Ability to network and maintain good relations with clients and within the team • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing sessions within the firm
