Job Description
The Agency Development Manager is required to recruit Life Insurance agents or Life Insurance advisors and source business through them. The Agency Development Managers is also required to accompany agents or advisors in some of their sales calls.

THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS ON ROLL WWORK EXPERIENCE IN SALES.WORK EXPERIENCE IN LIFE INSURANCE SECTOR IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.OTHER SECTORS SALES EXPERIENCE IS ALSO OKAY.

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE CURRENTLY WORKING.PEOPLE WHO HAVE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE,BUT NOT WORKING AT PRESENT NEED NOT TO APPLY.
