The CCOR Metrics and Analytics (CCOR-MA) team is part of the firm s Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization. The Metrics & Analytics team works with CCOR functional groups to deliver a suite of solutions designed to facilitate data-driven decision making and enable the proactive management of risk. The team is tasked with designing, developing and implementing metrics, dashboards and analytical tools to support the effective identification, monitoring and escalation of Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage implementation of dashboards and analytical tools, including design and development of key functionality using data visualization (Tableau, etc.) and data transformation tools (Alteryx, etc.)
Work closely with Business Analyst teams to understand business requirements and gather data requirements
Partner with data providers and technology to identify and source data to fulfil the development of metrics
Assess the availability and completeness of source data to support business requirements and work closely with data providers and technology teams to communicate requirements
Work closely with the technology development team to monitor the design/development undertaken by them at agreed points throughout the project life cycle
Regularly document and communicate project progress, analysis results, and propose data solutions to Business Analysts and other project stakeholders
Participate in other Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk initiatives as a Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Advanced knowledge of Tableau and , data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in front-end developmental toolsets
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
Possesses excellent communication and engagement skills
Manages multiple project deliverables to ensure timely delivery
VP Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in large data projects or the Financial Services industry
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Science Management, Engineering or related field, preferred
Solid experience in Tableau or QlikView
Experience with Tableau, Qlikview deployments and infrastructure, administration tools
Experience in data transformation, analysis and visualization using Alteryx
Minimum 3+ years of BI Development experience
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets, a plus
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and working experience in relational and dimensional modeling is required
Proficiency in handling large data sets, including data querying, processing and technical skills (SQL, Access, VBA, etc.) a plus
Exposure/competence with Agile Development approach
Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Individual must be results driven
Results oriented, possess sense of urgency, resourcefulness and excellent problem solving skills
Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge or previous experience with Project Managing, configuring and/or coding business intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.)
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages, a plus
Big Data Exposure e.g Hadoop/ HDFS/ Spark / Scala, a plus
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines, a plus
Knowledge and/or prior experience with Conduct Risk, Operational Risk or Compliance, a plus
