Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage extensive database of director candidates
Assist in organizing events for the JPMorgan Director Community webcasts and external dinners
Come up with creative solutions that address the needs of clients
Manage follow-ups including search referrals and networking connections
Assist in the development of events in other regions outside of the United States
Qualifications:
>3 years of professional experience is required
Ability to comfortably interact in a professional and mature manner
Excellent technology skills with strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering) and PowerPoint skills.
Strong teamwork skills, and ability to operate in a lean team structure
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive.
Ability to multitask several projects.
Ability to communicate concepts and ideas both verbally and via documentation.
Highest level of discretion and integrity.
