Position: Payroll & HR Operation Executive

Male candidates preferred.

Experience: min 1- 2 years relevant experience

Location: Thane West

Salary: Max up to 25,000 pm (depending upon experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle site attendance and payroll on regular basis
Support and suggest improvements to the entire payroll process
Ensure addressing employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
Handling of PF ESIC challan generation and payment
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Sourcing candidates from job portal & scheduling interviews
Organizing employee engagement activities
End to end on boarding and Exit activities
Maintaining HR MIS in tact

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have strong communication skills
Skill of Analyzing employee data
Presentation skills
Should be good in excel & MIS
