Position- Area sales manager ( Channel sales )
Understanding larger objective of his role from HOD to keep focus on in preparing sales strategy, execution & action plans.
Working out his own KRAs in consultation with your reporting manager which are in line with the larger objective to be achieved.
Preparing strategy in consultation with HOD in achieving monthly & quarterly targets.
Implementing his strategy & actions plans to achieve sales volume, market penetration and sales promotion activities as per KRAs.
Understanding stakeholders in the assigned territory & action plan to meet all stakeholders in that territory.
Attempting penetration into the market as per the action plan prepared & keeping a record of the same to avoid overlap by different team members.
Preparing & undertaking sales promotion.
Preparing a daily beat plan for selling of Security products through the channel.
Activation of the Product on sales & realization of payment from the channel.
Conducting meeting on monthly basis with the team for sharing existing product/ market feedback.
Taking daily progress of reporting manager & executives.
