We have urgent openings for the position of Area Manager with most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Sales Vertical.

Job Description :-

Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
Responsible for capacity building at branch level
Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be a Graduate
Candidates with the age of upto 30 years should only apply for this position
Should have minimum 4 years and above experience in Insurance sales
Should have average job stability of 2 years and above

Team Handling Experience preferred.
Must have min 4 years of experience into Life Insurance Sector.
Should be a Graduate
Good Communication Skills.
Knowledge of local Geographical area.
