The candidate will be responsible for various activities like calling, Marketing, Business Development and Networking to companies/ Investors and make effective presentations to them.
The candidate will be responsible for Selling and Reselling of Commercial (Office) Spaces/ Retail Spaces/ Residential Apartments/ Plots etc.
Relationship Building with Real Estate Investors.
Exposure of market .
New client acquisition, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Negotiations, Closing deals. Desired Candidate Skill :-
Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
Ability to develop and retain long term Business Relationship.
Preferably from Real estate builder firms and Insurance and banking industry.
Desire to Succeed and Advance to higher level.
Maintains high Personal and Moral Standards.
Enjoys acquiring Knowledge and Skills to enhance performance.
Salary :- 40 k – 45 k Remuneration: Fixed Salary
