Should be expertise in Head hunting, Mass hiring , Niche hiring , Campus placements etc.
Candidate should be well verse with all pre onboarding processes
Will be responsible for – salary negotiation, offer & Appointment letter generation, Onboarding, handling HRMS for new joinees
