Database & Stakeholder management
Performance management- 10%
Training Need identification-10%
Managing Employee Life/Cycle- Offer Letter generation, On boarding, Exit Process- 20%
Employee Engagement- 10%
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA- HR with 2-4 years in Banking & Financial Services industry.
Mumbai based candidate only.
