Supporting the Investment Banking & Institutional Equities Business as a Generalist HR

Recruitment – 50-60%

Recruitment against attrition & Vacant positions as per business requirement / manpower plan.
Handling End to End Recruitment Process for Junior to Senior Level.
Niche Hiring & Competition mapping.
Database & Stakeholder management

Performance management- 10%

Training Need identification-10%

Managing Employee Life/Cycle- Offer Letter generation, On boarding, Exit Process- 20%

Employee Engagement- 10%

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA- HR with 2-4 years in Banking & Financial Services industry.

Mumbai based candidate only.

Role will report to Business HR
