JOB PURPOSE
The senior manager / manager, Internal Communication is a full time role to support the Internal Communication function for communication development across organisational requirements. Interfacing with teams, vendors and agencies, you will support in the execution of the organisations internal communication strategy including content and creative development, townhalls and internal events.
A high level of integrity, attention to detail and high standards are essential for the role.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communication calendar deployment
Design and craft effective internal email communications and campaigns including emailers, organisational updates, newsletters, feature highlights in line with the Brand
End to end management of Town Halls and other internal events
Assist in drafting and designing of newsletters, emailers, documents, case-studies, reports, case stories, posters, brochures, infographics, flyers, merchandise
Multi-media content assist in creation of internal videos, AVs and other multi-media content
Intranet update the intranet content and page design & development
Work with stakeholders across the organisation for IC requirements
Coordinate will internal departments and teams across the organisation for story identification, content curation, gathering required material (key information, pictures, videos etc.)
Work with the IT team to manage and streamline content
Coordination will internal departments for procurement, payments and related processes for all Internal Communication requirements
Enhance efficiency and impact of IC activities
Maintain and update the database consisting of organisational and event pictures/videos on a regular basis
Monitor, report, and analyze IC activities and outcome to understand the reach and impact of communication
Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
Minimum cumulative 8-9 years experience
Experience in organising and managing large events (min 3-4 years)
Project management skills and experience
Communication and creative development experience
