Job Description
Skills and Experience: Strong educational background, preferably in Interaction, Game, or Animation Design Basic understanding of game design, game genres, and game mechanics with a strong desire to learn more Passionate game player with basic knowledge of current social, mobile and casual game titles Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) and must be a clear, organized thinker and communicator Skilled at using math and formulas in a design context and strong Microsoft Excel abilities Demonstrated proficiency in creating user and design documentation Skills in rapid prototyping and familiarity with relevant tools and programming languages Ability to approach design responsibilities from both a creative and a commercial perspective Ability to accurately estimate timelines to deliver high quality deliverables Experience with and strong interest in mobile platforms is strongly preferred Experience with software development would be a bonus Highly disciplined, self- managed and self- motivated with a very strong do whatever it takes work ethic suited to a startup environment,
