Job Description
Mandatory:

Candidates who can join immediately
Male candidates only
Only FMCG experience
Residing in west Delhi or nearby areas
Two wheeler with valid license
Profile: Sales Officer – General Trade

Job Location: Peeragarhi, West Delhi

Target areas: Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, New Delhi)

Minimum experience: 1 year in FMCG sales

Salary: Up to 20K/month + Incentives up to 50K/month

Benefits:Incentives up to 50K/month + travel allowance + Sim Card + Fixed Sunday off

Outstation candidates need not apply

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue targets for a defined territory
Generate new business through prospecting, outreach and building relationships
Retailer on-boarding, order taking & sales generation
Cash Collection & cash deposit
Delivery of products
Ensure product availability, visibility, placement in retail outlets
Promoting new products
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Coordinate with depot for delivery of stock and services.
Achieve sales targets
Desired candidate profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (Sales experience of spices will be preferred)
Must have a two wheeler with valid license.
Good communication skills
Geographical knowledge of Delhi NCR
Must be self-motivated
Focused and possess sales mindset
Experience in early-stage startups is an advantage
Experience of both General and modern trade will be preferred
