Job description
We are hiring for a Non-IT Recruiter having exposure in Sales, HR, Finance, Materials, Strategy, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Source right candidates from online portals and references

– Participate in Talent Acquisition drives

– Organize interviews with stakeholders and capture the feedback

– Rollout the offer letter to the candidate after CTC approval and do the handholding

– Keep a tracker of all the open positions and publish the report to TA Head

– Attend weekly meetings and give update on the ongoing hiring

– Publish the prospective joiners list and felicitate onboarding process to new joiners

– Close all the open positions in assigned TAT

Required Knowledge:

– Excellent understanding of TA processes

– Good knowledge of candidates selection methods

– Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

– Excellent Headhunting skills

– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

– Understanding of TA Marketing software is a plus

– Min 2 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

– Focus on clients needs and build strong client relationships

– Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
